Winter Fun February 2010

Snow finally fell in depth at the end of February resulting in back-to-back snow days. Probably a good thing considering that the stomach bug was going through the house and it saved mommy from making sub plans. It was a nice heavy, wet snow just perfect for snowman building. Daddy helped build this one. I think he had more fun than the kids. Every time he went in the garage to get something for the snowman his smile got bigger and bigger.

Mackenzie is developing quite the little personality. She loves blowing raspberries. This one is for not being included in the group shot in front of the snowman. :)

Yes, bikes! They have been talking about riding their bikes since Christmas passed. Probably because the minute that Christmas was over they started to focus on their birthdays and everyone has put in their orders for new bikes this year.

Jonathan

Yep, and the lawn mower came out as well. They are already thinking to spring and being able to play outside everyday. They are such outdoor kids. It was actually a rather warm day outside. By the end of the day the patch of snow behind Jonathan was mud from the repetitive trips around the yard with the four wheeler and sled.

Little brother pulling big brother. He is actually way stronger than big brother and has rather impressive muscle tone for a 4 year old. He's been trying to be bigger and stronger since the day he was born.

They played outside for over 90 minutes. We only got them to come in with the temptation of lunch. Naptime was rather peaceful that day!

This was from a previous snowfall when Daddy plowed off part of the basketball court.
